Country Inn, is a lovely Greek Gothic Revival built in the mid-1800's and
recently remodeled. Your hosts, Chris and Susanne Palumbo invite you to
enjoy your own private suite with two spacious bedrooms, living room with
French doors and wood floors, dining room, full kitchen, private bath, off
street parking and private entrance.
Meals can
be supplied upon request, as well as picnic-style lunches for your day's
excursion. Come, enjoy, relax and let us treat you as our own.
We are
located just five and a half miles from the Glimmerglass Opera House and
less than 15 minutes from the heart of historic Cooperstown. We also offer
150 sprawling acres with magnificent views for your enjoyment. We are a
non-smoking facility and we do not allow pets.

Directions to The Inn in
Cooperstown, New York :
From New York City:
NY Interstate 87 North to Interstate 90 West
(Interstate changes around the Albany area without exiting - watch
signs).
Follow 90 West to Exit 25A - Schenectady.
Go through toll and you will be on 88 West.
Follow 88 West to Exit 24 - Duanesburg/Rte. 20.
At end of exit ramp make a left and follow to stop sign.
Turn right onto Rte. 20 West and set odometer.
Travel 41 miles on 20 West to intersection of Rte. 20 and 80.
Go
through light and continue 8/10 mile further.
Make first right onto
McShane Road. Follow 2 miles to end and make left at Mt.Tom Farm
onto Mt.Tom Road.
Follow 1 mile to fork in road and make left onto Chyle
Road. First house on left.
From West/South:
NY Interstate 90 East to Exit 30 Herkimer.
Follow Rte. 28 South from Herkimer to Richfield Springs.
Turn left onto Route 20 East.
Set odometer at light and follow 6 miles to McShane Road
on left. Follow McShane 2 miles.
Make left at Mt. Tom Farm. Follow 1 mile to fork in
Road.
Make left at fork.
First house on left.
